We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented reporting specialist to play a key role in our upcoming core conversion project. This position involves creating, analyzing, and managing customized reports to facilitate a smooth transition to our new core processing system. The ideal candidate will be learning the Symitar EasyWriter and ARCU (Advance Reporting for Credit Unions) products during the migration processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency during the core conversion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with project teams to define and implement reporting requirements for the core conversion process.
• Develop and maintain EasyWriter reports to meet organizational needs.
• Assist in mapping legacy data to the new core system, ensuring consistency and accuracy in reporting.
• Perform thorough testing and validation of reports to verify data integrity during the core conversion.
• Provide training and support to internal staff on the effective use of Symitar EasyWriter during and after the conversion process.
• Document workflows, procedures, and best practices related to EasyWriter reporting for the core conversion.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Symitar EasyWriter throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:
• Strong understanding of core conversion processes and data migration principles.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in data validation and reconciliation techniques.
• Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with the new core system being implemented.
• Experience in SQL or other database querying tools to support complex reporting needs.
• Knowledge of credit union operations and regulatory compliance requirements.
