This includes but is not limited to front-end computers, cabling, and equipment maintenance. Essential Duties are: Provides first line support for all City staff equipment; Installs cables, software and hardware equipment and upgrades; monitors network and other infrastructure components of wide and local area networks; assists in the resolution of problems with the implementation, operation, and maintenance of hardware and software; provides one-on-one and group training for user questions; crawling under desks; ladder and operate bucket truck safely; lifting & carrying heavy objects up to 75lbs; carrying a radio and learn proper radio etiquette; monthly maintenance checks at tower locations; occasional tower climbing; managing backup rotation and offsite storage; safe and lawful driving of City vehicles. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows 10 and up) and Windows Server 2019 and up is beneficial; network topologies and protocols (TCP/IP, etc.); principles and concepts of hardware and software installation; skill and ability to troubleshoot many situations logically (OS, hardware, software, printers, etc.); concepts of modern office practices, procedures, and equipment; oral, written, and honest communication skills to enable communication with non-technical staff and co-workers; correct English usage, spelling, grammar and punctuation; interpersonal skills including professionalism, tact, courtesy, and patience.
EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING:High school diploma; classroom training in a technology-related major field of study. Hands-on computer, peripheral, and network components use for hardware and software installation.

This position involves creating, analyzing, and managing customized reports to facilitate a smooth transition to our new core processing system. The ideal candidate will be learning the Symitar EasyWriter and ARCU (Advance Reporting for Credit Unions) products during the migration processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency during the core conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with project teams to define and implement reporting requirements for the core conversion process.
• Develop and maintain EasyWriter reports to meet organizational needs.
• Assist in mapping legacy data to the new core system, ensuring consistency and accuracy in reporting.
• Perform thorough testing and validation of reports to verify data integrity during the core conversion.
• Provide training and support to internal staff on the effective use of Symitar EasyWriter during and after the conversion process.
• Document workflows, procedures, and best practices related to EasyWriter reporting for the core conversion.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Symitar EasyWriter throughout the project lifecycle.
